Global Monitoring Network
Understand supaguard's high-performance monitoring network across India, Europe, and the US. Learn how our multi-region footprint ensures 100% alert accuracy.
To monitor global applications, you need a global presence. supaguard operates a high-performance network of "Monitoring Nodes" strategically located to mirror your actual user traffic.
Regional Footprint
supaguard currently operates primary nodes in three major global hubs:
| Region | Location ID | Strategic Importance |
|---|---|---|
| Central India | centralindia | Serving the rapidly growing South Asian market and tech hubs in Bangalore and Pune. |
| West Europe | westeurope | High-connectivity hub in the Netherlands, perfect for covering the UK and EU markets. |
| East US | eastus | Core infrastructure node in Virginia, serving the primary North American traffic corridor. |
Why Multi-Region Matters
1. CDN and Edge Verification
Many production issues are regional. A misconfigured CDN node in Europe might break your site for local users while everything looks fine from your office in California. supaguard rotates checks through these regions to catch these "localized outages" instantly.
2. The Smart Retry Protocol
Our most powerful feature, Smart Retries, relies on this global footprint. When a check fails in one region, we immediately spin up a new browser in a different region to verify the failure.
[!TIP] This multi-continent verification is how we eliminate false alarms. If the site is down in
eastusbut up incentralindia, we mark it as a transient network issue and don't wake you up.
3. Latency Benchmarking
Global users expect fast load times. By running checks from multiple regions, you can monitor your Time to First Byte (TTFB) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) from the actual perspective of your international customers.
Security & Whitelisting
If your application uses a firewall (WAF) or IP-based restrictions, you may need to whitelist our monitoring nodes.
[!IMPORTANT] Because we use cloud-native infrastructure, our IPs can rotate. We recommend whitelisting by User-Agent or using a dedicated Secret Header in your monitoring requests.
Identifying supaguard Traffic
Every check sent by our network includes the following header:
User-Agent: supaguard-Monitoring-Agent
Future Expansion
We are constantly expanding our footprint. Upcoming regions include:
- South America (Brazil)
- Southeast Asia (Singapore)
- Australia (Sydney)
